Terms & Conditions for Faithful Gutters

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Faithful Gutters website and the services provided by Faithful Gutters LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including gutter cleaning, replacement, guard installation and power‑washing services offered in North Carolina. By accessing or using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Overview of Services

Faithful Gutters is a locally owned, faith‑driven business serving homeowners in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Our offerings include:

Gutter Cleaning – removal of debris from gutters and downspouts, flushing system with water, and disposal of debris with complete cleanup.

Gutter Replacement – replacement of damaged or failing gutter systems, including professional measurement, fabrication and installation of new seamless gutters and downspouts.

Gutter Guards – installation of protective guards to prevent debris accumulation.

Power Washing – cleaning of exterior surfaces (e.g., siding, driveways, decks) using high‑pressure water.

Descriptions on our website are for general informational purposes. Actual services may vary depending on your property’s condition and needs. All service appointments are scheduled on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Same‑day or emergency appointments are subject to technician availability.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Free Quote – We offer complimentary assessments and estimates. A “free quote” means we will evaluate your gutters or exterior surfaces and provide an estimated cost of recommended services. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

No Obligations – You are under no obligation to accept our estimate. However, if you do proceed with the work, you agree to pay the price outlined in the accepted estimate plus any applicable taxes.

Changes – If we discover additional issues during service (e.g., hidden damage or unforeseen structural problems), we will inform you before proceeding. Additional charges may apply if you authorize extra work.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments – You may schedule an appointment via our online form or by calling us at 980‑291‑7550. We will confirm your date and time via phone, email or SMS.

Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new requested time.

Cancellations – Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee. Emergencies or severe weather conditions may allow waivers at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

Transparent Pricing – We provide itemized estimates and pledge not to impose hidden fees or surprise charges. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and require your consent.

Payment Due – Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to additional fees.

Taxes – You are responsible for any applicable local, state or federal taxes.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you believe our work does not meet reasonable standards, please notify us within seven (7) days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to remedy the issue at no extra charge. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by structural defects, improper maintenance by others, or acts of nature (e.g., storms). We do not guarantee gutters against clogging if you choose not to install recommended guards.

6. Safety & Property Access

Clear Access – You agree to provide safe access to the work area (including moving vehicles or personal items) prior to our arrival. If safe access is not available, we may reschedule or charge a trip fee.

Pets and Children – For everyone’s safety, please keep pets and children away from the work area during service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, photos, logos, graphics and trademarks—is owned by Faithful Gutters or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify our materials without our express written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of our website or services.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

9.1 Transactional Messages

By providing your phone number during scheduling or service inquiries, you consent to receive transactional messages from us related to your account, appointments, quotes or services you have requested. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent to receive transactional messages is not a condition of purchase.

9.2 Marketing Messages

You may separately opt in to receive marketing and promotional messages (e.g., special offers, discounts, new service announcements). By checking the marketing consent box on our forms, you consent to receive such messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. You do not have to opt in to marketing messages to receive services.

9.3 Message Ownership and Liability

We will not be liable for any charges, delays or errors in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third‑party service providers. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faithful Gutters disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
